In agile, we usually learn the main team members are deveppers, Product Owner and Scrum masters. QA professionals seem to be optional or not sincerely needed. In order to deliver value , we need QA professionals. There are the secret sauce necessary for a successful agile transformation. In this talk , I will demonstrate to you how QA are able to influence teams and leverage team EQ for a successful agile testing transformation hence a successful agile transformation. I have been part of two agile transformation from the seat and best view of a QA professionals.

I am going to share tips or tricks and lessons learned and how you can take elevate your team EQ for a successful agile transformation.
