But what does that really mean? How is collaboration different from cooperation? Why do we need both? What does stellar teamwork look like?

In this session, we’ll explore these questions. I’ll share how both managers and team members can influence the conditions for collaboration and cooperation. We’ll look at common barriers to collaboration and cooperation. Take part in a mini assessment that will reveal actions that you might take to boost collaboration and cooperation on your team(s).
