Leadership Agility is all about driving fast in the fog, making better decision and taking more effective actions. It requires both an adaptive thinking process and adaptive execution capabilities. In this session we will try to understand different kinds of leadership approaches through an exercise. Later on we will compare those and know more about growth mind set and catalyst habits.

As a result of my 12+ years of focused work on organizational change I developed a leadership development framework that goes beyond personal growth and connects every aspect involved in organizational leadership. It's been proven as a very helpful guide for my more than 1000 mentees and students from more than 30 countries to unleash their leadership capabilities and understand how to influence organizational change.
